By accessing or using GLUE, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

GLUE provides a go-to-market intelligence and execution platform connecting research, CRM data, and performance signals to generate revenue insights and artifacts.
3. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of their organization.
4. Acceptable Use
Users may not misuse the platform, violate laws, reverse engineer the service, or attempt unauthorized access.
5. Customer Data
Customers retain ownership of their uploaded and CRM data. GLUE processes such data solely to provide services.
6. Limitation of Liability
GLUE is provided "as is." Liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
Privacy Policy

We collect contact information, business data, and automatically collected analytics data including IP address and device information.
2. Business Identification Tools
We may use IP-based identification tools to determine company-level visit data for legitimate B2B purposes.

Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
Scope
This DPA applies where GLUE processes personal data on behalf of customers acting as controllers.
Processor Obligations

Subprocessors
GLUE may use vetted subprocessors subject to appropriate data protection agreements.
